The project at Strawberry Lane included a new freestanding single story 2-car garage, an improved driveway layout, landscaping updates and a front porch renovation. In addition to the proposed built improvements, the project involved selective tree removal, and hillside retention methods of terraced walls and soil stabilizing plantings.
