The Friendship Street project is an Interior remodel of the 60’s craftsman house, in the slope with the beautiful views of the valley. The scope included minor changes in layout to the common areas of the upper primary residence like living, dining, kitchen and bathroom to optimize the underutilized spaces as well as upgrades on finishes, casework, HVAC, ceiling and skylight additions. The project also included the remodel of the basement to create an independent guest suite with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
